In the early 1970s, a new phenomenon popped up on the streets of Philadelphia and NYC. Lettering; scratched, scrawled, painted or marked, in any manner on public property were spotted around the cities. The youth had discovered a new way to get fame – by bombing the city.

Referred to as bombing, this sub culture uses marker pens, spraycans,
roller paint and other fluid colors, as tools to get your name on any type of
surface that your city may offer. A great bomber is one who is dedicated to
hitting up the city, not only as a daily chore, but also with style.

It’s time for some more live action here on TagsAndThrows.com. This time with super dedicated graffiti bomber Guns from the United States of America. TagsAndThrows got the chance to follow Guns around the streets of New York and Puerto Rico when making his name famous. This is how that shit looks. Enjoy!

 

Bombing With Guns – Release party trailer.

In the beginning of 2013, TagsAndThrows got the chance to follow US graffiti bomber Guns around the streets of New York and Puerto Rico. We got an unique chance to experience how one of the most active bombers in the US make his name famous. The release party for the movie will take place at HL Gallery in Stockholm, Sweden – March 15. There will also be a photo exhibition, music from Håll Käften Och Dansa and ShitXFaced, beer and whiskey and an exclusive Guns hoodie release together with WeSC. At the after party, put together in collaboration with Monkey Suit, we will have Guns painting live, a live set from Smutskatt and music from DJ Trickykid, Clae and Steve Rawsoul Jones.
