#WeLoveBombing

In the early 1970s, a new phenomenon popped up on the streets of Philadelphia and NYC. Lettering; scratched, scrawled, painted or marked, in any manner on public property were spotted around the cities. The youth had discovered a new way to get fame – by bombing the city.

Referred to as bombing, this sub culture uses marker pens, spraycans,
roller paint and other fluid colors, as tools to get your name on any type of
surface that your city may offer. A great bomber is one who is dedicated to
hitting up the city, not only as a daily chore, but also with style.

Kegr.

Kegr is one of Europes most notorious bombers ever. He got tags all over the continent and his manic way of putting up tags, around both the most central parts of the big cities and along the train lines in the countryside, can’t be compared with any other graffiti bombers work. He’s without a doubt the uncrowned king of bombing.

These photos of Kegr, 9Lives and THE tags are from the area around the central station of Stockholm, Sweden. Stylish and at the same time super powerful. Hail the king!
